Answers to Questions

Is it possible to redeem codes without a VPN/proxy?

Yes. We recommend activating without a VPN/proxy.

I entered the code on the website/app, clicked "Continue," and nothing happens.

This happens periodically when activating on the website/app (usually due to using a VPN). Try activating through the console itself; it should work.

On PS5: Settings Users & Accounts Account Payments & Subscriptions Redeem Codes enter the code Redeem.

On PS4: PlayStation Store scroll down the side menu Redeem Codes enter the code Redeem.
